Authors Abroad Book Week
Authors Abroad Book Week Monday 28th June - Friday 2nd July 2021.
Of course you can have an author visit at any time of year, but we know schools like to celebrate at the same time as others and feel part of something bigger. So we have designated a week where we will be ramping up celebrations. A chance for schools to come together and have a belated World Book Day celebration when covid rules will be much less restrictive.
If you host one of our authors/poets/illustrators or storytellers during the week beginning 28th June, you will receive:
• £1 off the RRP for all book sales organised by Authors Abroad
• Option for you and your students to purchase a special selection of titles for £1 each. Details below on the titles available.
• A bonus 15 points in our loyalty scheme, on top of the 100 points for hosting a visit (in addition to any other bonus points you may receive such as for being a newsletter subscriber). • The chance to win a book bundle worth £100 by submitting photos of your students in their book themed costumes. You can submit these via email or Twitter. Either email to yvonne@caboodlebooks.co.uk with the subject ‘Costume Competition’, or Tweet them to us @AuthorsAbroad_
Our writing competition winners will be announced to celebrate the end of our book week - but schools do not have to have participated in our book week to take part in the writing competition. The 21 different titles you can purchase for £1 each during Authors Abroad Book Week and the after sales period of a fortnight.
Schools taking part in the Book Week can have any titles delivered for free. Other schools and parents can also order, but will need to pay postage.
The 21 Titles Available for £1 per book.
There is no limit on orders - you can have as many copies of as many different titles as you like, as long as stocks last.
