Authors Abroad Newsletter Issue 3 April 2020

Hello everyone, we hope you are all managing to keep safe and well during these difficult times.

We have brought the newsletter release forward to enable promotion of upcoming virtual author events to keep everyone entertained and inspired during home learning.

This issue is slightly different to usual - obviously there are no authors in the out and about section, but we have added some writing prompts and ideas to keep everyone writing at home.

This edition features words some World Book Day feedback, quizzes, a focus on scripts, we take a look at the impact poetry can make in reducing violence, the importance of diversity in children’s literature and why Rob Bradley keeps making children cry - but gets invited back into schools

If you would like to submit a book review for a children’s or YA book please email it to yvonne@caboodlebooks.co.uk
